Donnerdugateau Product Stickers
We produced product seals for Donnerdugateau's "Nara Bonbon" brand. These seals are used on the packaging of handmade candy containers. By creating seals with unique shapes, they also serve to seal the container and cap. The materials used are three types of washi paper. "Yamato Tachibana" uses "Washi Muji," while "Jabara" and "Lemongrass" use "Washi Housho." Washi Housho is characterized by its thin gray stripes. The colors are 3 to 4 custom colors (PANTONE and DIC) for each seal. Printing on washi may result in slight blurring, but this adds to the charm and texture.

Client: Nara Bonbon
The shape of the candy is inspired by the "temari" (handball) design from the Nara period, representing the desire to convey the good things of Nara. All candies are handmade by craftsmen. By boiling sugar and syrup, adding freeze-dried natural materials, and making subtle adjustments according to temperature, humidity, and seasons, Nara Bonbon is created. Each piece is unique due to the handmade process. Enjoy the warm texture.
Design: Yuuki Kura (daichusho design)
Relocated to Nara and became independent in 2020. Specializes in product packaging, CI/branding design, and graphics.
