Message from the President
I'll be honest. I still have a lot to learn, and I'm not a remarkable person, so I can't say anything grand. However, there are two things I always keep in mind.
1. To make the company feel creative.
We want to create labels that feel creative, so we experiment with various innovative designs. Designers often ask us, "Can Kojima Label make this?" Our answer is, "That sounds interesting. Let's give it a try!" Though, it rarely turns into an actual order.
2. To work with fun colleagues.
I've learned from seeing famous bands break up due to "musical differences." Choosing the right colleagues is crucial. Our hiring criterion is simple: "Would it be fun to work with this person?" (I guess I didn't really learn from the bands.) We receive about 200 applications for each position, so my current colleagues are quite the talented bunch.
This is what our company is like. Thank you for your consideration.
