Essential Oil Labels | What You Need to Know Before Ordering from a Print Company
Essential Oil Labels
Here is what you should know before creating essential oil labels. We hope this will be helpful for essential oil manufacturers and those considering selling aroma oils.

Suitable Materials for Essential Oil Labels
There are two types of materials used for essential oil labels: "paper materials" and "film materials".
Paper materials have a natural texture that complements the image of essential oils. On the other hand, film materials do not absorb liquids, making them more durable. In other words, if you prioritize design, choose paper materials; if you prioritize safety, choose film materials.
We recommend combining "Yupo 80μ" material with "matte laminate". Both are film materials. Yupo 80μ is an affordable film material made from milky white polypropylene. Printing is applied to Yupo, and the surface is protected with a matte laminate. The matte laminate has a smooth, non-glossy finish, giving it a high-quality appearance.

Adding Value to Essential Oil Labels
For those who find just printing and material not enough, we introduce some luxurious optional processing methods. These methods enhance the premium feel, recommended when budget permits.
Embossing
Embossing is a technique where pressure is applied to the seal material with a plate to reproduce the design in relief. Unlike printing, the raised design on the surface provides a subtle yet persuasive texture. By making the product name or logo stand out, it quietly adds a touch of luxury.

Foil Stamping
Foil stamping is a technique where foil is heat-transferred onto the seal material. The foil colors include not only gold and silver but also primary colors and holograms. Unlike printing, the highlighted parts shine, adding a touch of luxury.
