Work Style

At Kojima Label Printing Co., Ltd., we are committed to enhancing employee job satisfaction. While terms like "DX," "Work Style Reform," "Work-Life Balance," and "SDGs" are commonly discussed, we have naturally integrated these concepts into our operations by aligning our values with current trends, without being constrained by outdated practices. We continually ask ourselves, "Wouldn't it be better if we did this?" and quickly systematize new ideas.

Embracing change is at the core of our company culture. Employees at all levels engage in discussions about creating an ideal team environment. We openly address our challenges and actively explore ways to improve. This approach empowers every employee to take initiative, boosting productivity and fostering teamwork.

Our primary focus is on enhancing our workplace, making it a positive and collaborative environment for everyone. We have streamlined our processes to eliminate unproductive methods and stress that does not contribute to growth, leading to high employee satisfaction. Through collective problem-solving and shared intelligence, we continuously strive to improve and innovate.

Message from the CEO

The role of a CEO demands constant vigilance. Since opinions are always welcome, there is a risk of becoming self-centered if not careful. If I were to become like an "Emperor with no clothes," employees might feel that "our CEO is not appealing" and distance themselves. I fear this more than anything else. Therefore, I strive to be a unique and engaging leader for my employees.

Fortunately, I have an unwavering belief in "making the company loved by its employees." This deeply held belief is my greatest strength, unmatched by any other business owner.

Given that employees are the ones directly responding to customer needs and creating products, my primary support is for them. I respect them immensely, even in my sleep. I understand each person's personality, likes, and dislikes.

Their childhood dreams were likely not to work for a printing company, and I am profoundly grateful for their dedication. That's why I am committed to nurturing their growth and developing them into compassionate, high-value individuals. The key phrase that significantly boosts their potential is, "That's a great idea. Let's try it!" This approach keeps our staff proactive and moving forward.

For many years, I have focused on three main goals: "Improving productivity," "Building the best team," and "Leadership for everyone." By 2021, we achieved a satisfactory state for these goals.

Our work environment progresses like a Tetris chain, characterized by mutual respect, thoughtful communication, and daily laughter. We have become a seamless team.

I have given them two new challenges: "start something new" and "be mindful of health." Although these are not directly related to work, I believe they will enhance their lives. Recently, a staff member took me to a lakeside, saying, "Let me show you the joy of fishing." It was a wonderful experience.

Working at this unique company is a benefit. I wish for the lives of my dear employees to be wonderful.
