Attention Stickers - More Details

The feature of attention stickers is that the adhesive on the back is partial, unlike regular stickers.

For example, by making only the bottom 20mm of the back adhesive and sticking it to the product, it can create an effect that makes it pop out like a POP. Attention stickers are designed to catch the consumer's attention by intentionally giving an add-on feel.

In our company, you can specify the adhesive on the back in millimeters, so you can instruct us like "Please make the bottom 23mm adhesive!" We can design the adhesive position to match the product bottle or container.

Three Recommended Materials

Sticker materials vary widely depending on the purpose. Here are three recommended materials for attention stickers.

Silver Neamer

Features: Metallic expression, expensive, clean when peeled off.
Generally, attention sticker materials use a glossy silver neamer (silver film). This is because the metallic feel of silver stands out. As it is a film, it also peels off cleanly.

Yupo

Features: Depends on design, average price, clean when peeled off (recommended).
Besides silver film, there is also a white film called Yupo. It is the cheapest among film materials, so if cost is important, it is recommended. It is suitable for products where "white material is okay!" It also peels off cleanly. Due to its durability, price, and usability, we recommend Yupo.

Art Paper

Features: Ecological, slightly cheaper, may tear when peeled off, paper may curl in humidity
Another cheap material is art paper. The idea is to reduce costs as much as possible for stickers that are only used to stand out. Paper material is also environmentally friendly.

However, there are two cautions for art paper.

First, art paper may not peel off cleanly, so consider "weak adhesive removable" or "strong adhesive removable". We can provide material samples. Please test sticking and peeling to confirm the usability.

Second, as it is paper, it may curl in humidity. In this case, keep the size within 40mm x 40mm, or increase the adhesive area to prevent curling.

Cost Saving Tips

The above prices are for four-color printing. Printing costs can be reduced by decreasing the number of colors to three or two. For detailed prices, please refer to the Attention Stickers Product Page.

We recommend "rectangular" or "round" shapes instead of custom shapes for stickers. It is cheaper to create a simple shape for the cutting die.

The unit price of printed materials decreases as the order quantity increases. Our economical lot for attention stickers starts from 3,000 pieces. Therefore, it is most economical to order more and consume them gradually. Although it is understandable that large companies prefer not to hold inventory and only order what is needed, as seen from the prices above, ordering each time incurs higher costs.

The adhesive strength can be maintained for 3 to 5 years if stored unused. The packaging is also compact, so it doesn't take up much space.

About Delivery Time

The delivery time for attention stickers is "6 business days" excluding weekends and holidays. The image is to place an order on Monday and receive it on the following Tuesday. (4 days for printing and 2 days for processing the partial adhesive). If you are in a hurry, we can also ship directly to your end-users in your name. If a sample (proof) is needed to confirm the finish in advance, it will take an additional 6 business days.

About Data Submission

For data submission, please submit AI data (Adobe Illustrator) when placing an order. The difference from normal submission is that you need to specify the adhesive position. You can specify the adhesive position in the AI data layer or in writing, such as "Please make the bottom 25mm adhesive!"

There Are Two Delivery Forms

Regarding delivery forms, either "sheet finish" or "roll finish" is possible.

Sheet Finish

In the sheet finish, multiple attention stickers are attached to a single sheet. It is convenient when applying attention stickers by hand. Since it is compactly packed, it does not take up much space for storage. For orders of about 1,000 pieces, the sheet finish is often preferred.

Roll Finish

In the roll finish, attention stickers are attached in a single line on a roll of paper and wound on a tube. Depending on the size of the sticker, 1,000 to 3,000 attention stickers are attached to one roll. This is convenient for applying stickers to products with a machine. For orders over 3,000 pieces, we recommend roll finish and applying with a machine.

Small lot roll finish is also possible, but sheet finish is often better for manual application.

First, let's get a quote. If you have dimensions, number of colors, material selection, and quantity, it can be calculated.

For dimensions, prepare the product and a scale to determine the approximate size. Many attention stickers are made in the range of H40×W40mm to H60×W60mm. (10mm = 1cm)

The number of colors depends on the design, but three colors are reasonable. As for materials, as explained above, we recommend Silver Neamer, Yupo, and Art Paper.
