Even in limited space, there's a lot to convey. Layered Labels, which open like a small book with multiple layers, are perfect for such occasions. The interactive design that invites users to peel and open is also effective for promotions. We offer over-lamination that allows labels to be opened and closed multiple times, or perforations that can be peeled off once.

What are Layered Labels?
Layered Labels consist of several layers. They are convenient when you have a lot of essential information to display, but it is physically challenging to fit everything on one label. By increasing the display area multiple times through multi-layering, you can solve this issue.
As shown in Figure 1, you can increase the printing area by multi-layering a single-sided label. Depending on the finished dimensions, we have succeeded in increasing up to 15 pages.
Applications
Supplemental Information
These labels are convenient for attaching supplemental information to outer boxes or bottles. Alternatively, by attaching multi-layer labels directly to the product, you can eliminate the need for creating boxes.
Multilingual Labels
These labels are useful for items that require multilingual labeling for international trade. Recently, European security authorities have strengthened import and export regulations, making it mandatory to attach multilingual labels to products, and multi-layer labels have been attracting attention as a solution.
Recipe Labels
These labels are convenient for introducing cooking methods or recipes, for example, on seasoning products.
GHS Labels
(Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals)
These labels are required to indicate harmful chemicals to humans. They are highly valued as new regulations are added.
Pharmaceutical Law Labels
These labels are useful for converting package inserts required for handling pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices into label format.
Attention Stickers
You can also use multi-layered attention stickers (imagine a sealed attention sticker) as a strategy to improve sales.
Specifications
The materials are divided into "upper layer" and "lower layer". The upper layer is laminated with transparent PET material from above and fixed to the lower layer.
Upper Layer
The material is 73kg coated paper, and the printing method is offset printing, ensuring a beautiful finish. The more pages there are, the more this part of the layer increases.
Lower Layer
The material is either art paper or Yupo (film), and the printing method is letterpress. We generally recommend Yupo film.
Two Finishing Options
The finishing options include "perforated type" and "open/close type". Both can be delivered in rolls or sheets. Please use them according to your purpose.
Sewing Type
Opens like a sealed envelope. Since it is sewn, once opened, it cannot be resealed. It is an inexpensive and orthodox specification for multi-layer labels. Please note that if applied to non-flat surfaces, the entire label may become taut and the sewing part may not open.
Resealable Type (Recommended)
Peel off the over-laminate part when using, and reapply it after use. Over-laminate type is recommended for non-flat surfaces such as bottles. In terms of cost, over-laminate is more expensive.
Data Submission
After placing your order, we will send the format data by email. The data format will be Adobe Illustrator.
The format will be a frame data. You will layout the text and design within that frame. Detailed instructions are also provided, so anyone can easily submit their data. Rest assured.
