Production Process

We mix the ink to match the specified colors and feed it into the printing machine. Then, we set the roll material into the machine. A test print is made to check the color, and adjustments are made until the desired shade is achieved. Once the color is finalized, the die-cutting process is set, and a half-cut is performed (cutting only the sticker part without cutting the backing). Finally, the product is finished according to the customer's specifications, such as sheet cutting or trimming.
