Consultation Details
This project involved creating a label for a shampoo product. The client requested a waterproof material with embossing as the finishing process. There are several different items with varying sizes and colors. The labels are to be applied using an automatic applicator, so they requested a roll finish. The design was provided by the client.
Our Proposal
Since the product is used in wet environments, we selected a film material called Yupo 80μ (water-soluble strong adhesive). The printing was done in 2 colors per item (Ink + PANTONE). Additionally, embossing was applied to all text. Typically, embossing does not stand out much on film materials, so we do not usually recommend it; however, we implemented it at Ethical Beauty’s strong request. The final product was delivered in a roll format suitable for automatic application.
