Consultation Details

This project involved creating a label for Getto Sauce. The client requested a high-end label design with the moon illustration accented with gold foil. They also wanted proposals to further highlight the logo. The material was requested to be matte with a texture suitable for refrigerated conditions, and the label is to be applied using a machine.

Our Proposal

We proposed using a gold gloss foil for the foil stamping and applying thick silk printing on the illustration and product name areas to create a raised effect. Thick silk printing can express a three-dimensional texture in selected areas. Although the design is in a simple one-color black, the combination of foil stamping and thick silk printing results in a very luxurious finish. We selected Yupo 80μ with water-soluble strong adhesive for its water resistance. Since the labels are applied by machine, they were delivered in roll form.
