Consultation Details
We received a consultation regarding the production of novelty stickers for Sucrey Co., Ltd. This project involves creating two types: "Caramel Ghost House" and "Lemon House".
They specified a transparent sticker material and requested a low-tack adhesive that allows for easy removal. Additionally, they requested a custom die-cut shape to match the design, making it ideal for distribution.
Our Proposal
We selected Avery Dennison’s BWS1018 for the material. This material is transparent and low-tack, featuring a special adhesive that allows for clean removal. It can be repositioned repeatedly—similar to the lid of a portable wet tissue—adhering firmly unless intentionally removed, yet it peels off smoothly when needed.
To take full advantage of the transparent material, we used white ink along with 4-color printing to vividly reproduce the design’s colors. Additionally, the shape was produced as a custom full die-cut to match the design, resulting in a specification ideal for distribution.
