| Needs | The client placed particular importance on the color vibrancy of the print, while also focusing on cost efficiency for the label production. Request details
The client consulted us to produce three types of labels for white wine.
The project involved creating front labels for the bottles and seal stickers for the caps.
The client placed particular importance on color vibrancy during printing and also requested material suggestions as well as cost-effective production methods.
Our proposal
After reviewing the design data, we determined that the planned printing method, letterpress printing, tends to produce slightly more saturated colors.
To address this, we proposed either reducing the CMYK values overall or entrusting us with color adjustment.
We also informed the client that creating a prototype would be an effective way to verify the colors in advance.
For the material, we recommended using Yupo with a matte PP lamination, considering the balance between durability and cost.
Matte PP provides a refined and elegant finish, enhancing the overall look of the label.
Additionally, by producing both the front labels and seal stickers simultaneously, we were able to reduce production costs.
In the end, the client entrusted us with the final judgment, allowing us to skip the prototype stage and proceed directly to full-scale printing.
