Consultation Details
This project involves the production of a cutting sheet for ROXX’s logo. They requested two versions—one in black and one using hologram material. Additionally, as this was their first order for a cutting sheet, they also requested advice on the application process.
Our Proposal
For the black material, we used PVC, and for the hologram portion, we proposed using film. The cutting is performed precisely by machine according to the design provided by the customer, with all unnecessary parts carefully removed.
For the finishing, we apply a film called an “application” to complete the product. This application is used during installation; by applying pressure, the cutting sheet is transferred onto the application, allowing it to be directly affixed to the substrate.
By using this application, multiple separate designs can be installed together and positioned accurately, ensuring efficient and precise application.
