Consultation Details
They requested the design and production of organic cosmetic labels. There are two types of labels. They desired a material with a luxurious texture, using as few colors as possible with a specified background color. The design was to be simple and understated, and the labels were to be applied by machine.
Our Proposal
We proposed using water-resistant Yupo 80μ (solvent strong adhesive) with a matte laminate finish to achieve a luxurious texture. The design was kept simple as requested. The printing is done in two colors—gray and ivory—with the product name “punica organic” and its underline executed in gold foil stamping. Since the labels are applied to bottles by machine at the filling plant, the final product was delivered in roll format.
