Consultation Details
X-PLOSION LLC consulted us regarding the production of foil-stamped stickers. This project involves two types of sticker production: one is the black type and the other is the green type. Both are requested to use Yupo 80 (water-soluble strong adhesive) as the material, with an emphasis on durability. Additionally, both types are designed to feature foil stamping as the main process. For the black type, two kinds of gold foil stamping will be applied, while for the green type, green foil stamping will be used along with a proposal for additional foil color options.
Our Proposal
For the black type, we proposed a large background measuring 190×40mm, with the logo area enhanced by two types of matte gold foil stamping. To ensure the durability as requested, we also recommended applying a transparent laminate. The laminate protects the printed surface and maintains the sticker's visual appeal over time, making it ideal for high-durability applications.
For the green type novelty sticker, we adopted a silken green colored foil. In addition to traditional gold and silver foils, we offer a range of vibrant color options. We have previously utilized gold, blue, pink, and red foils. Moreover, we can flexibly adjust the foil color with each order to meet diverse design requirements.
