Sakaki Winery Co., Ltd. - Wine Labels

Beautiful Wine Labels Printed Offset
Consultation Details
This project involved the production of wine labels. We coordinated with the designer, and the client wanted to choose from a selection of Japanese paper materials. They requested a printing method that would best suit the design.
Our Proposal
We produced a label for the fruit wine “Saekoori.” For this label, we proposed Tack Paper called “Washi Gin Gasumi.” As the name suggests, Washi Gin Gasumi is a special material in which a silver tone can be seen through the gaps in the Japanese paper. The adhesive used is water-soluble strong adhesive. The printing was done in 4-color offset, taking full advantage of the subtle silver of the material without using white ink.

client: Sakaki Winery Co., Ltd.
We aim to plant the right varieties in suitable locations, manage the vineyards properly, and produce good grapes. We cultivate black grapes with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, taking advantage of the well-drained gravel soil. For white grapes, we plant varieties that can be harvested early to avoid disease risks. Although the acidity is lower than in high-altitude areas, we aim to create wines unique to Sakaki Town, using the rich terroir without altering the grape juice.
