FAQ

FAQ

Is it possible to apply gloss or matte processing?

Yes. There are methods such as glossy lamination with a shiny finish and matte lamination with a dull finish. Each is an optional process, so the cost will increase, but there is also the benefit of increased durability. Alternatively, the mirror coat paper material itself has gloss. For film materials, Yupo has a matte finish. Additionally, both gold and silver namer have gloss and matte options. White vinyl also has gloss and matte options.

What is the difference between using paper and film?

In many cases, paper can be used. The texture of paper is often preferred for design reasons. However, paper is not suitable if it is prone to friction. The ink gradually wears off. In such cases, either laminate in advance or choose a film. Film is excellent in durability and water resistance. Yupo, which is popular for film, is inexpensive and has a luxurious feel due to its matte finish.

Can labels be applied to special surfaces such as curved or rough surfaces?

Labels can be applied to flat and curved surfaces. For rough surfaces, there is adhesive for rough surfaces.

Are there environmentally friendly and sustainable label materials?

Of course. For more details, please refer to the following pages:

We will continue to expand our offerings in the future.

Are there label materials that can be specially processed, such as foil stamping?

In many cases, foil stamping is applied to paper. Specifically, high-quality paper, art paper, and washi are often used for foil stamping. Of course, foil stamping can also be applied to film. Yupo and transparent PET are standard options for film. Foil stamping can be applied to most materials, so please feel free to contact us if you have any concerns.
