Our craft umeshu is made using plums grown in our own orchard, following a family recipe passed down through generations. The taste changes every year, influenced by the quality of the plums and the weather and natural environment. These changes, brought by nature, are not a mere coincidence. It is the genuine taste crafted by nature. We hope you enjoy tasting and experiencing the changes this year.
